Below are the two locations in Forest Lake Village that are legally permitted for short term rentals:
-122 Aspenwood
-110 Willow
Homeowners should report any county ordinance violations to the county and the Sheriffs Department. Other illegal renters should also be reported to the county and the Sheriffs Department. Legal renters with three (3) violations will have their permit revoked by the county, per the ordinance.
Homeowners should review this county ordinance (below) and diligently report all violations to ensure we properly manage the short term rentals in our neighborhood.
