Community Property Maintenance Fees - CPMF (Dues)

For years the CPMF Community Property Maintenance Fees have been set at $65.00 (annually).
In 2023, that provided $9,945 some of which was used to cover maintenance of our entrance
and right of way mowing along main stretch of Pine Knoll lane. It also paid for removing fallen
trees in greenway areas and repairs to the dock at the neighborhood boat ramp and ramp
maintenance. If every property owner paid their fair share, the total annual contribution would be
$12,220. 

We encourage each resident and property owner to participate in being a good neighbor in Forest

Lake Village by contributing to the CPMF and also monitoring activities in the neighborhood!

Delinquent fees will be collected by the Association at closing for any resale of the property.

Thanks to those who have participated this year by paying your CPMF, to all walkers and dog
walkers who pick up trash along the side of the road, and to those giving feedback and helping
a fellow neighbor. That’s what makes our “Village” a neighborhood!
