FLVHA responsibility to collect CPMF "Assessments"...
Under the legally recorded Forest Lake Village bylaws, the Property Owners Association has the responsibility to collect the Community Property Maintenance Fee for the operation, care, upkeep, and maintenance of the common areas of FLV!
Community Property Maintenance Fees - CPMF (Dues)
For years the CPMF Community Property Maintenance Fees have been set at $65.00 (annually).
However, in 2024, at the annual meeting were raised to $100.00.
We encourage each resident and property owner to participate in being a good neighbor in Forest
Lake Village by contributing to the CPMF and also monitoring activities in the neighborhood!
Delinquent fees will be collected by the Association at closing for any resale of the property.
Thanks to those who have participated this year by paying your CPMF, to all walkers and dog
walkers who pick up trash along the side of the road, and to those giving feedback and helping
a fellow neighbor. That’s what makes our “Village” a neighborhood!
